Our modules are designed with the simplified understanding that most business owners want to create a product/service, sell it, make money and possibly build a brand.

        WEEK 1-MODULE 1

WHY AM I STUCK? REVIEWING YOUR CURRENT BUSINESS MODEL

  • Why am I in business? Business strategy (Vision/Mission/model)

  • What am I selling? Product strategy (Products/Services/Target market)

  • Who am I selling to and how do I ensure they keep buying? Customer acquisition and retention strategy

            WEEK 2-MODULE 2a

     GETTING UNSTUCK! REMODEL YOUR BUSINESS

  • The real reason I am in business –Refining your Business model

    • What I would sell and how I would sell it? Product and delivery strategy (Pricing your products right/ Place/reach)

    • What would I be known for and how would people know me? Brand and promotion strategy (Positioning your brand in your industry/Creating a memorable brand and Promotion)

      WEEK  3-MODULE 2b

      MAKING AND MANAGING MONEY

    • How would I make money and manage it? Cash management and cash flow strategy (Developing a budget/Managing vendors and customers)

    • How will I generate income in and out of season? Predicting and managing sales cycle.

       WEEK 4-MODULE 3

      SYSTEMS TO HELP ME MAKE MORE MONEY-DEVELOPING BUSINESS SYSTEMS

      • Marketing and Sales system

      • Technology system

      • Customer/service delivery system

      • Product development system

      • Operations/Logistics system

        WEEK 5-MODULE 4

      SYSTEMS TO ENSURE I REMAIN IN BUSINESS-DEVELOPING REGULATORY AND BUSINESS GROWTH PROCESSES

      Taxation

      Banking

      Funding

      Human resources

      MASTER PLAN 

      At the end week 5 of the boot camp, I will guide you to come up with your one year master plan to ensure you implement all that you have learnt and measure your business transformation.

       WEEK 6

       Mentor visit to see a real live example of what your business will be after you implement all you have learned on the boot camp.

      Note: You are required to identify a person in your industry or a similar industry who you can pay a visit to at the 6th week. We could also recommend someone if we have a similar business person in our community. We will be happy to write an introduction letter or email if required.

   NEW BONUS MODULE (This bonus module is optional and you can study it at your own pace)

SETTING UP SOCIAL MEDIA FOR SALES SUCCESS

  • Introduction to the top social media platform and how they can help you in business: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pintrest, periscope and Google

  • Setting up social media accounts

  • Deciding the goal for each platform

  • Setting up advertising & promotions on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

  • 5C’s of a winning social Media engagement strategy

             Customer, content,Consistency, Conversation, Conversion
