- How was your business before Accelerate? Our business was not operating optimally I knew something was missing and must be found. We were just doing business for overheads and salary. .
- Why did you decide to participate in the boot camp? Participating in Accelerate boot camp was to get a head way like other people testimonials I read. .
- What changes have you made and result after the boot camp? My business has taken a new turn from my lessons from the Accelerate Boot camp. It was indeed what we needed. Some of the things I applied that has helped boost the business income are.
1 Proper.,and prompt Accounting keeping. I record all income and tract all expenses to know when we are doing well.2 The referal / promo card really helped Naija we love free things. Refer or sew with us and get this free. (See customer queue LOL).3 With the Organ chart, I was able to know who I need in the business, when and how to find them.4 Social Media advert is what am about to start now. Just needed to have something t showcase.The result: our sales has gone up, patronage based on the referral form has increased, Its a work in progress.
