One of the first things we did when we analyzed companies when I was in business school was their SWOT analysis..

When we did this analysis, we were able to ascertain their competitive advantage and how they can position their business to compete favorably in their industry..

I introduced personal SWOT analysis in my coaching sessions because I found out that it was also important for aspiring or emerging business owners to know  their strength, weakness, opportunity and threats to enable them leverage these internal and external factors adequately..

When I talk to people, they are quick to tell me what they are not good at or how they are at a disadvantage……

When I see a person’s SWOT analysis, I am immediately able to establish a pattern of how they can best serve their business or brand..

In my book Uplevel, I take you through a personal SWOT test and share my own story of how doing my SWOT helped me to re-direct my career and business..
