This has been the year of economic recovery for Nigeria..

When the year started, the country was still in recession……

At the same time, we launched our Business leaders circle program, our most comprehensive group business coaching and advisory program. .

This program has been a learning experience for us..

We started with a clear objective to create a community of business leaders who we will support with strategic advisory, guidance and accountability to grow their business..

It was a bit of a rocky start, especially in the early months where we had to clarify the expectations of members and at the same time properly identify the people who were the ideal fit for the program..

By the second half of the year 

we had smoothed the rough edges and the real MVP’s begun to emerge..

Our BLC(like we call them) had ambitious revenue targets and wanted to grow well rounded businesses..

While some haven’t quite met those ambitious target( we still have 25 days to go!!), their business performance have been incredible! .

Most of them have doubled their revenues, a few of them have even tripled their revenues!.

My team member mentioned to me the other day, that by seeing our BLC grow, she now believes that it is possible to grow a truly successful business with 8,9 and even 10 figure revenues!.
