I had a strategy session with a client a year ago and we critically looked at her revenues. Upon critical analysis, we found out that her current revenue were not covering her expenses.

She really desired to live a certain lifestyle especially because she had left a senior corporate role to start this business and almost 6 years down the line, she was not earning what her corporate job was paying her.

She was on the verge of giving up and going back to take another corporate role.

I encouraged her not to and we took a critical look of her business model and broke down how much she really had to be earning to hit her revenue goal. We also came up with a simple strategy to make it happen.

Four weeks into implementing the strategy, she was already in the process of doubling her business revenue.

That means she had been leaving over 50% of her current business revenue on the table because she did not have the right guidance and information.
