After the first 6 months
Six months after the program, she opened another branch of her business based on the expansion plan we designed during the accelerate program. By the time her 2nd branch was functioning, her income grew by 150%.
After the first 1 year
After the first 1 year, she joined another of our long term rolling programs. We set a goal to triple her business revenue. To do this, her internal processes and systems had to be improved and she had to hire the right people because scale does not happen alone. We worked with her to develop a staff training program to build her team.
After the second year
By the end of the second year, her business had grown by another 141% and her two branches were functioning optimally. As at today, her business has experienced a quantum cumulative growth of over 500%!
