BUSINESS GROWTH CAN BE TRIGGERED BY A SHIFT IN YOUR MINDSET!

Business growth is something a lot of business owners and Organizations continue to seek no matter the state of the economy. I am realizing that working hard on your business is not enough to lead to business growth and this has led me to study the factors that lead to business growth and success.
As human beings, our brains are divided into the left and right brain. Most people are governed more by one part of the brain than the other. The left brained people are mostly governed by logic and facts, while the right brained people are governed by intuition and creativity.

People who are more left brained tend to make business decisions driven by facts. If they can’t find the facts to back their decisions, they most often shy away from such decisions. whilst the right brained people follow their instincts and are moved by intuition. They are more likely to make decisions even when the facts are not complete or do not totally add up.

What does this have to do with business?
The way we are wired affects the way we think and I have seen business owners with both right and left brain tendencies struggle when they hit certain cross roads. The left brained business owners are confused that they can’t get enough data or facts to figure out a way forward. While the right brained business owners are confused when it seems like their well trusted instincts have begun to fail them.

The truth is ‘there is a limit on how far you can go as a business owner, if you don’t have the right programming‘. Your programming aka beliefs form your perception which influences your mindset. Your mindset influences your decisions which in turn affects your outcomes or results.

I have witnessed the effect of a changed mindset on some of my clients. I will share some examples:
Two months ago, I started working with an intelligent but somewhat unsure lady named Oshos Erua. She reached out to me because she was unsure of what to do. She had entrepreneurial instincts and wanted to translate it to starting a platform that would empower people at the same time generate revenues.
When she came to me, she was full of doubts about the possibility of the idea being feasible. We started with an initial consultation session via Skype and I realized that she was quite gifted but really needed to deal with the mental blocks about her abilities.

Another example is one of my current Accelerate Business growth boot camp participants; Edes Osara. I have known Edes for a while from our Business Side Of Fashion days. She had wanted to leave her day job to start her business for quite a while, but had being quite scared of taking the leap. She finally took the leap about two years ago but realized she was still not as equipped as she needed to which is why she signed up for Accelerate.

I am privileged to work with so many remarkable business owners and serving them as I guide them to up-level their business and revenues gives me so much fulfillment.
